Brief Supporting Letter

A short, focused letter explaining an existing need, diagnosis or difficulty. This may be used to request reasonable adjustments or support within school, college, university, work or another setting.
Detailed Supporting Letter
From £125
A more personalised letter based on a consultation and review of relevant information. This may support a request for an autism or ADHD assessment, additional educational support, workplace adjustments or further professional consideration.
Comprehensive Autism or ADHD Supporting Document

A fuller supporting document that brings together the person’s history, current difficulties, strengths and support needs. This may be used when seeking an autism assessment, ADHD assessment or both, or when a more detailed explanation is required.
Assessment Consolidation and Accessible Summary

A clear summary of existing autism, ADHD or related assessment reports.
We bring the most important findings and recommendations together into one easier to understand document, helping families, individuals and professionals make better use of the information.
EHCP Supporting Evidence Package
From £250
A detailed supporting document for an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment request, EHCP application or review. This may include the child or young person’s educational difficulties, support needs, professional observations and reasons why further assessment or provision may be required.
Complex School Placement or EHCP Support
From £300
For more involved circumstances, such as school placement difficulties, repeated breakdowns in support, exclusions, previous EHCP refusals or several lengthy professional reports. The work is tailored to the individual situation and quoted before beginning.
Additional Professional Writing or Review
£60 Per Hour
For extra work outside the agreed package, such as reviewing further reports, completing additional forms, producing a second document, making substantial revisions or communicating with schools, colleges or employers.
