The Safe Space or Safe Place visualisation is used to create a sense of calm, comfort, and safety, helping your body and mind to settle.
The Light Source Grounding Technique helps bring your attention back to the present, supporting you to feel more connected to your body and surroundings when things feel overwhelming. Used together, these techniques can help reinforce the work done in sessions and support your wellbeing between appointments.
